By downloading or using ProX Badminton, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProX Badminton, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ProX Badminton.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not enter false or misleading match results.
• You must not create fake accounts or impersonate other users.

3. User Content

You own the data you enter (match scores, profile info). By using the app, you give us permission to store and display this data within the app for the purpose of providing our services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ProX Badminton may offer a premium subscription. Subscription fees are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policy.

5. Advertisements

The free version of ProX Badminton displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers may have an ad-free experience.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProX Badminton is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
